MICHELE RAUCCI
Starting from 2001 Michele has set up several fund management companies that have grown into Sixiang Holding. Assets under management are invested in Real Estate, Financial Services, Infrastructure and Shipping with different risk/return profiles and in different geographies.
Before 2001 he was at Doughty Hanson a PE firm in London and before that he was at Morgan Stanley in New York and London. At Morgan Stanley he was part of the Private Equity group and subsequently part of a 4 member team that managed MS Real Estate funds. In this role, with the team, he invested several US$Bn. This included a number of real estate investments in Spain, the initiation of an NPL program and servicer in Italy, large portfolio investments in France and the pursuit of transactions in the UK, Ireland, Poland, Sweden and Switzerland. In Italy Michele has worked at the very first Italian securitization of an NPL portfolio acquired from San Paolo di Torino.
Before Morgan Stanley he was working in the office of the CFO of Carnaud Metalbox in Paris and has been a member of the steering committee for the merger with Crown Cork and Seal. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Engineering and attended Harvard Business School and London Business School Post Graduate Classes.
He is Chairman of the Leadership Institute an institute dedicated to provide a Master degree in Leadership exclusively aimed at Owners and CEOs of world class companies.
